Terms of Use
Effective 21 September 2026Last updated 21 September 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
BeLive Token Hub, also referred to in our documentation as BeLive Studio ("Token Hub", "we", "us", "our"), is operated by BeLive AI Studios Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202529171E) with its registered office at 26A Ann Siang Road, #03-00, Singapore 069706.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:
- the website at https://tokenhub.belivestudios.com and its subdomains (the "Site");
- the console at https://tokenhub.belivestudios.com/en/console (the "Console");
- the application programming interface at https://api.tokenhub.belivestudios.com (the "API");
- the documentation at https://tokenhub.belivestudios.com/doc/ (the "Documentation");
together, the "Service".
By creating an account, purchasing credits, calling the API or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, "you" means that organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and these Terms bind it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for business and professional use. You may not use the Service if you have previously been suspended or removed from it, or if your use would breach any law or sanctions regime that applies to you or to us.
2.2 Registration. You register with a username or email address and a password. You must give accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything done through your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless it results from our breach of these Terms. Tell us at once at support@belive.sg if you believe your account has been compromised.
2.3 One account per person. Do not create more than one account for yourself, share an account with another person or organisation, or create accounts by automated means. We may merge or close duplicate accounts.
3. API tokens and security
3.1 Your tokens. API tokens issued to your account ("Tokens") are yours to protect. Keep them confidential, do not embed them in client-side or public code, and revoke and replace a Token if you suspect exposure. You are responsible for all usage and charges made with your Tokens, whether or not you authorised it, unless the usage results from our breach of these Terms.
3.2 Quotas and limits. You may set a quota and restrictions on each Token in the Console. Quotas are aids for you; they do not shift responsibility for usage to us. The Service also applies technical limits. Request body and file size limits are published in the Documentation. Rate limits may apply to protect the Service and are communicated through the Documentation, the Console or the error returned when a limit is reached, and may change. Requests over a limit are rejected.
3.3 Our right to act. We may suspend, revoke or limit Tokens or account access, with notice where practicable, where we reasonably believe this is needed to protect the Service, you, us, a model provider or a third party.
4. Credits and payment
4.1 Prepaid credits. The Service is prepaid. You recharge your account balance in the currency shown in the Console, and usage is deducted per request at the prices shown on the Site for the model used at the time of the request. Where the Console shows a balance in more than one currency, each is a separate balance.
4.2 Minimum recharge. Each recharge is subject to the minimum amount shown on the Credits page at the time you recharge. We may change that amount with notice on the Site.
4.3 Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we hold only a payment reference. We may add other payment methods from time to time, each under that provider's terms. Payments are taken in the currency shown at checkout; if your payment method converts on your behalf, any conversion fee is between you and that provider. An order that is not paid within the time shown at checkout expires and adds nothing to your balance.
4.4 Promotional and event credits. We may issue promotional codes, which can each be redeemed once, we may add credits to new accounts on registration, and we may run events that add credits to your balance. Credits granted on registration are promotional credits under this clause. Credits tied to an event expire when the event ends. Other promotional credits expire on the date we state when they are issued. Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged. We may apply purchased credits and promotional credits in whichever order we choose, and we may withdraw a promotion prospectively at any time.
4.5 Invitation credits. The Console gives you an invitation link and code. Where we offer credits for people who register through your invitation, those credits are promotional credits under clause 4.4. We may cancel invitation credits obtained through self-referral, multiple accounts or other abuse.
4.6 No refunds. Purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, as stated at checkout. The only exceptions are: credits returned to your balance for failed requests under clause 4.8; the refund of unused purchased credits if we terminate your account without cause under clause 11.3; and any refund the law requires. Promotional and invitation credits are never refundable.
4.7 Nature of credits. Credits are a prepayment for the Service. They are not money, currency, a deposit or a property right, cannot be transferred between accounts, and can only be used on the Service. Purchased credits do not expire unless we tell you otherwise in the Console when you buy them.
4.8 Failed requests. You are charged for requests the Service completes. If you are charged for a request or task that failed because of an error on our side or on the model provider's side, tell us at support@belive.sg with the request identifier and we will credit it back to your balance.
4.9 Taxes. Prices exclude goods and services tax and any other applicable tax. Where we are required to charge GST or another tax, we will add it at checkout and show it on your receipt. You are responsible for any withholding tax in your jurisdiction; if you must withhold, you agree to gross up so that we receive the amount invoiced.
4.10 Price changes. Model prices can change, including because a model provider changes its prices. Changes apply to requests made after the change is published on the Site. Requests already made are charged at the price in force when they were made.
4.11 Disputed charges. Tell us within thirty days of a charge if you dispute it, with the request identifiers concerned. We will investigate against our usage records. Undisputed amounts remain payable.
5. What the Service is
5.1 One API for many models. The Service gives you access, through one OpenAI-compatible API and one balance, to artificial intelligence models for chat, image, video, audio, embeddings and code that are built and served by third parties ("Model Providers"). The Model Library on the Site lists each model, its provider and its origin. We may add, remove or change models at any time.
5.2 Routing and failover. To keep requests running, the Service may route a request to an alternative serving path for the same model when the primary path is unavailable or slower. You are charged at the published price of the model you requested.
5.3 Asynchronous tasks. Some requests, such as video and image generation, run as tasks. You receive a task identifier, and the status and result are available through the API and in Task Logs in the Console. Results are available for collection for the period shown in the Console, after which they may be deleted.
5.4 Agent tools and client software. The Documentation explains how to connect third-party tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor and others to the Service. Those tools are not ours. Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
5.5 Changes to the Service. We may change, add to or discontinue parts of the Service. We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing a model you have used in the previous ninety days, except where the Model Provider withdraws it or where the law requires immediate action.
6. Model Provider terms
6.1 Third-party terms apply. Every model is subject to the terms and usage policies of its Model Provider ("Provider Terms"). You agree to comply with Provider Terms, and to make sure your end users and customers do too, when using the model concerned. Where the Site links to Provider Terms, read them before using the model.
6.2 Changes. Provider Terms change from time to time without our control. Continuing to use a model after its Provider Terms change means you accept the change. If you do not, stop using that model.
6.3 Regional and use restrictions. Some Model Providers restrict use by location, industry or purpose. You may not use the Service to reach a restricted model from a restricted place or for a restricted purpose, including by using proxies or virtual private networks to disguise your location. We may block requests, models or accounts to comply with these restrictions.
6.4 Suspension and termination of model access. You are responsible for any breach of Provider Terms by you, your end users or your customers. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to any model, or to any of your end users' access through you, if we reasonably believe that you or they have breached or are likely to breach that model's Provider Terms, or if the Model Provider requires or requests it. Each Model Provider keeps sole control over access to its model and may suspend, withdraw, degrade or change a model at any time, with or without notice to us. Where practicable we will give you advance notice of a suspension, restriction or withdrawal and help you move to an alternative model, but we cannot promise notice in every case. If your access to a model is suspended at a Model Provider's request, resolving it may require you to deal with that provider directly. We are not liable for any suspension, restriction, termination, withdrawal, unavailability, degradation or change of a model that arises from Provider Terms or from the acts or omissions of a Model Provider.
6.5 Conflict. If Provider Terms for a particular model conflict with these Terms, the stricter provision applies to your use of that model.
7. Your inputs and outputs
7.1 Ownership. You own the content you submit to the Service ("Inputs") and, as between you and us, the content the Service returns to you ("Outputs"), subject to the rights of Model Providers under their Provider Terms and to third-party rights in any underlying material. We claim no ownership of Inputs or Outputs.
7.2 Our licence. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to receive, transmit, process and return Inputs and Outputs, and to hold task results for collection, solely to provide, secure, meter and support the Service and to enforce these Terms. This licence ends when we no longer hold the content.
7.3 What we keep, and what providers do. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train, fine-tune or improve any artificial intelligence model. We do not store the content of your Inputs or Outputs after a request completes, except task results held for collection under clause 5.3. We keep request metadata, such as time, model, token counts, status and cost, for billing, security and support; you can see it in Usage Logs. To serve a request we must send your Inputs to the Model Provider, whose Provider Terms govern whether and for how long it retains request content and whether it may use it to improve its models.
7.4 Where processing happens. Our API gateway is served from the United States, and Model Providers may be located outside Singapore. By using the Service you accept that your Inputs and Outputs are transferred to and processed outside Singapore, with the protections described in our Privacy Policy.
7.5 Your responsibilities for Inputs. You confirm that you have the rights and, where personal data or other people's content is involved, the consents and lawful basis needed to submit Inputs to the Service and to have them processed by Model Providers, including providers outside your country. You will not submit Inputs that are unlawful, that infringe another person's rights, or that you are not permitted to disclose.
7.6 Images, audio and video of people. If you submit images, audio or video that show or record identifiable people, including their faces or voices, you must have any consent the law requires from those people. You must not use the Service to create a synthetic likeness or voice of a real person without their consent, or to deceive anyone about who made a piece of content or whether it is real.
7.7 Outputs are not advice. Models produce content that can be wrong, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for a purpose, and can be similar to Outputs produced for other users. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs before relying on them, for any decision made on the basis of an Output, and for complying with laws that govern automated decision-making and AI-generated content in your market. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial or professional advice.
7.8 Infringement notices. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, write to support@belive.sg with the details of the work, the location of the content and your contact details. We will act on valid notices and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
8. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow anyone using your account or your products to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to generate or process content that is illegal where you or your end users are;
- generate content that sexualises minors, that incites violence or hatred, that harasses, or that is intended to deceive people about its origin or to defraud;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or submit content you have no right to submit;
- attempt to reach models or regions that are restricted to you (clause 6.3), or to bypass quotas, rate limits, safety filters or any other control;
- probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Service or the systems of a Model Provider, or use the Service to attack any other system;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows;
- scrape or harvest data from the Site or Console, or use automated means to create accounts;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service as a bare API to third parties, or operate a competing model aggregation service using the Service as its supply, without our written agreement (building your own products and services on top of the Service, and charging your own customers for them, is expressly permitted, subject to clause 9);
- use Outputs to develop models that compete with the Model Provider concerned where that provider's Provider Terms prohibit it;
- misrepresent your identity, location or purpose;
- use the Service in any high-risk setting where failure could lead to death, personal injury or severe environmental or property damage, or for a purpose that a Model Provider prohibits.
We may investigate suspected breaches, may remove content, and may suspend or terminate accounts under clause 11. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities.
9. Building on the Service
If you incorporate the Service into your own products or services:
- you are responsible for your end users and customers, for their compliance with these Terms and Provider Terms, and for all charges they cause on your account;
- you must give your end users a privacy notice that covers the processing performed through the Service, and obtain any consents the law requires;
- you must not present the Service or a model as your own creation where that would mislead, and you must not use BeLive's name, logos or trademarks without our written permission, except to state accurately that your product uses Token Hub;
- you must make sure your product does not do anything that clause 8 prohibits;
- we may require you to sign a written agreement, including a data processing agreement, where your volume, your industry or the law makes that appropriate.
10. Availability, support and service levels
10.1 Availability. We aim to keep the Service available at all times and we show live status on the Site. Our commitment on gateway uptime, and what you receive if we miss it, is set out in clause 10.3 and is the whole of our commitment on availability. Beyond it, the Service and each model are provided on an as-available basis. Individual models and Model Providers have their own availability, which we do not control, and the gateway's automatic failover between serving paths is how we keep requests running when a provider is slow or down.
10.2 Support. Support is available at support@belive.sg. We aim to respond at any hour, and the response times we state are targets that describe how we staff support; they become commitments only in a signed agreement.
10.3 Uptime commitment and service credits. We commit to 99.9 percent monthly uptime for the API gateway, measured across all listed models, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours ahead and excluding outages caused by a Model Provider or by your own systems. If gateway uptime in a calendar month falls below 99.9 percent, you may claim a credit of 5 percent of the fees you spent on the Service that month, or 10 percent if uptime fell below 99.0 percent, applied to your balance. Claims must be made at support@belive.sg within thirty days of the end of the month concerned, and we will confirm the figure against our monitoring. Service credits are your sole remedy for unavailability.
10.4 Maintenance. We may take the Service or parts of it offline for maintenance. We will announce planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
11. Suspension and termination
11.1 By you. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may close your account by asking us at support@belive.sg. Closing your account forfeits any unused credits, purchased or otherwise, unless the law requires otherwise; spend or hold your balance before you close.
11.2 Suspension by us. We may suspend your account or a Token, immediately and without notice, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account is compromised, that your use creates legal or security risk, or that the law requires it. Suspension of access to a particular model is covered by clause 6.4. We will tell you the reason where the law allows and will lift the suspension when the issue is resolved.
11.3 Termination by us. We may terminate these Terms and your account: on thirty days' written notice for any reason, in which case we will refund unused purchased credits in full; or immediately for a serious or repeated breach, for unlawful use, for non-payment, or where we discontinue the Service, in which case unused purchased credits will be refunded except where the termination is for your breach.
11.4 Effect. On termination your right to use the Service ends, Tokens stop working, and we will delete your stored data in line with our Privacy Policy. Clauses that by their nature should survive, including 4, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 19, continue to apply.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, documentation, design, text and trademarks, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with them and nothing more. Models belong to their Model Providers. Sample code in the Documentation is licensed to you for use in your own products without restriction unless the Documentation states otherwise.
13. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback about the Service, we may use them without restriction or payment, and you confirm you have the right to give them.
14. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep confidential any non-public information the other marks as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, will use it only for the purposes of the Service and these Terms, and will protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed or received from a third party without restriction, and does not stop either of us disclosing information the law requires us to disclose, provided we give notice where allowed. Your Inputs and Outputs are your confidential information.
15. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services, including Stripe for payment and the agent tools and client software described in the Documentation. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services.
16. Disclaimers
Except for the uptime commitment in clause 10.3, the Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms that would otherwise be implied, including any about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of Outputs, or that the Service will be secure, uninterrupted or error-free. We do not control and are not responsible for models or Model Providers, or for how a model behaves. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of Singapore, including under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 where it applies.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- neither of us is liable to the other for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, however arising;
- our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or US$100 if greater;
- these limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, to fraud, to a party's breach of clause 14, to your payment obligations, or to your indemnity under clause 18.
18. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates and our officers, employees and contractors against all claims, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with: your Inputs; your Outputs and any use you make of them; your breach of these Terms or of Provider Terms; your products and services and your end users; or your violation of any law or of any third party's rights. We will tell you promptly of any claim, let you control the defence and settlement provided you do not admit fault on our behalf, and give you reasonable help at your cost.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, and each of us submits to that jurisdiction. Where you have signed an enterprise agreement with us that provides for arbitration, disputes will instead be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its rules for the time being in force, seated in Singapore, in English, before a single arbitrator. Before starting any proceedings, each of us agrees to try in good faith to resolve the dispute through discussion for at least thirty days.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will give at least fourteen days' notice by email to the address on your account or by notice in the Console before it takes effect, except where a change is needed to comply with the law or to address a security issue, in which case it takes effect on notice. Your continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Service and close your account before the change takes effect; clause 11.1 will apply.
21. General
21.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any additional terms presented for a specific model, and any written agreement signed by both of us, form the whole agreement between us about the Service. A signed written agreement prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
21.2 Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or to a successor of our business on notice to you.
21.3 Notices. We will send notices to the email address on your account or through the Console. You may send notices to support@belive.sg or to our registered address.
21.4 Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of Model Providers, telecommunications or power, and actions of governments.
21.5 Export and sanctions. You must comply with export control and sanctions laws that apply to you, and you confirm that you are not a person, and are not acting for a person, with whom we are prohibited from dealing.
21.6 Severability and waiver. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
21.7 No third-party rights. Except for our affiliates under clause 18, no one other than you and us has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these Terms.
21.8 Electronic communications. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically about your account and the Service, and that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
21.9 Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only, and the English text prevails.
